Farida Saeed
Born in Karachi, Pakistan, Farida's family moved to Lahore when she was 5. She attended the prestigious Convent of Sacred Heart, and of course the exalted Kinnaird College for Women where she graduated with a Bachelors in 1974. Farida was active in extra curricular activities – especially dramatics (ensured involvement with Annual play in some way for all four years). She was the Social Work President in the final year.
After Kinnaird, Farida joined her father in the US and obtained a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
She started working for IBM in 1979 and moved to (what is now called) Verizon in 1986 – where she still works. She has lived in Pittsburgh
(9 yrs), Philadelphia (2 yrs), Atlanta (3 yrs), New York City (18 yrs), and moved to New jersey in 2007.
Farida is very much a people person (the volume of her voice substantially precedes her entrance), and a lover of art, talent and FUN (she is not shy about singing (totally off-key) and dancing (kathak that she learnt while in Pakistan – that she may not have rehearsed for eons) – even when people are begging her not to). She loves the cohesive nature of KCA in bringing together Kinnaird alumnae of all ages – to not just have fun, but to also work on productive charitable causes – as Kinnaird's Charity week taught us all. Her mission while President – is to expand KCA membership to include as many KC alumnae as we can identify; to keep a very open channel of access and communication. Sobia Chughtai
Sobia did her Bachelors in Arts in 1996 from Kinnaird College and
then proceeded to The Lambeth College in London to undertake a course of
studies in Art & Design. In 1998 Sobia joined Kinnaird College again to obtain her
Masters Degree in English Literature. She has led a very active career life.
She started doing summer and winter jobs starting at the age of 16.
She has worked at various organizations including Mobilink, The American Consulate
General Lahore, The Lahore KinderGarden, Worldcall Multimedia and IT24 Pvt Ltd Lahore.
At Present Sobia is stay at home Mom and a free lance Graphic Designer.
She posseses over 7 years of extensive experience in graphic / web design, and
creative illustration and has strong conceptual and design skills. She is also the designer of this KCA website.

Board Members
The Board will consist of the president, the treasurer, the immediately
previous president and treasurer, the president and treasures elect as well
as the regional reps interested in participating. Also, the database and website administrators are part of the board.

Aebeer Mallick
Aebeer obtained her Intermediate in Pre-Engineering degree from Kinnaird College for
Women, Lahore and Bachelors in Computer Science from Indiana University, USA. Besides
being a good student, she was highly involved in extra-curricular activities during
her education. She is currently working for Sungard as a Programmer
Analyst.
